Rates are based off a consecutive 24 hour cycle.

Delivery/Pick UP Info.

Surfboard rental rates include free surfboard delivery & pick up to any home or hotel between and around Ko Olina and Waikiki. 2 day minimum rental required. Locations outside 2 day minimum coverage area require a minimum $100. order. Click here for delivery/pick up coverage map.

We do not have a physical surf shop, only a storage facility where all surfboards are kept. Please call or email ahead of time if you'd like to pick up or return surfboards at storage facility. Appointment required since we are normally on the road delivering surfboards. Storage address is 91-923 Fort Weaver Road., Ewa Beach, HI 96706 (Public Storage).

Reservation Guarantee

Reservations Recommended. Reservations are finalized with a Visa or Mastercard which is taken over the phone after completion of the reservation form online or during phone orders. Credit cards taken over the phone to finalize a reservation will be charged $50. per surfboard requested. Balance will be charged on day of delivery. Payment via Paypal may be made to finalize a reservation as well. Paypal option is offered after completion of the reservation form online.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled within 3 days of rental start date will incur a late cancellation fee of $25. per surfboard.

Surfboard Damage/Theft

When engaging in the rental or use of Hawaii Surfboard Rentals equipment you agree to accept all responsibility to maintain the condition and whereabouts of all the equipment rented for the entire rental period and to pay all repair and/or replacement costs for any damage or theft that may occur to equipment during the rental period. Maximum limit of liability for surfboard damage is $200. Maximum limit of liability for surfboard theft or loss is $650. Please view the Hawaii Surfboard Rentals LLC Release Agreement.

Surfboard Swap

If you're unsatisfied with the surfboard you have rented, Hawaii Surfboard Rentals will swap the surfboard out with you at no additional charge. Surfboards swaps require a days notice.
